Meet our founder and director

Hembert Penaranda is the creator and head of Officina Architetti, an architectural studio with offices located in Milan, Genoa, and a skilled team in Colombia.

 

Penaranda graduated in architecture from the University of Genoa in 1994. He began his professional career in a prestigious architectural office based in Genova where he contributed for several years. In addition to working as a professor of architecture at the University of Genoa since 2001, Penaranda founded the office “Officina Architetti” in 2003.

We believe that architecture should transcend borders and unite cultures. That is why we are proud of our projects, which are located not only in Europe, but also in different countries in  Africa, Asia and the Americas.
